It is well thought-out and very thorough. I like the idea of having students research "why" they built pyramids instead of the "how" lesson that is usually explored.
\nI love the idea of using the wiki to group with students from other classes. This will make assessment easier for you, and students will have a chance to collaborate with more people. I am confused about will you use Twitter during this assignment.
\nThe back-up plan is also a nice touch. Students will still be able to reach the content if for some reason the technology fails. This is an important element that I need to add to my lessons.
\nThis is a great, engaging lesson. If I still taught Ancient Egypt, I would steal it.

With all of the technology we are trying to incorportate it is important to remember that there are a lot of things can go wrong. From not having access to the internet, conflicts with equipment, to power outages you never know what might keep technology out of the classroom for that period. I beiieve I will be adding this section to my lesosn as wel.

\n
\nYour lesson is engaging and quickly-paced, with a nice variety of activity.
\n
\nDid you intend to have a chart with the time\/activites\/materials? If so, the format didn't work on the Wiki. Nevertheless, I could easily read it and determine what was going to happen.
